weekend running

this weekend was a long weekend with lots of eating and drinking but i managed to get in some really good runs - friday we ran for about 1.5 hrs so probably around 9 miles maybe a little less and then sunday 5.8 so all it all it was good. I just read the results of the NYC marathon and women's winner, paula radcliffe won in 2:23:09 - impressive to say the least given that's just a little longer that what it would take me to run half that. Impressive...
