note to self:
Never watch E! THS about serial killers when you are home alone at night ever again. At the time I didn't think it would be a huge deal since I was also working but once I turned off all the lights to go to sleep I realized that I probably wasn't concentrating on work as much as I thought. Seriously it was incredibly disturbing even for the 10 mins it I watched it. Especially for a TV show on E! which are usually pretty much fluff.

Oh my god, I was flipping through channels last night and almost turned to that! Thank goodness I didn't!
